This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the Trinity Rental Pro, LLC (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Site.
The Site offers the rental of trailers. Rentals are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund.
A deposit may be required to reserve a trailer. Deposits will be returned if the trailer is returned without damage.
Please note that the $50 reservation fee is non-refundable and guarantees your booking.
It typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval. You will receive a notification once your refund has been initiated.
You are responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period.
Trailers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. The Site does not guarantee the availability of any specific trailer.
The Site reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your use of the Site at any time, with or without notice and without liability to you.
The Site shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
The Site may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site is located.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Site and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the Site.
This site may contain links to other web sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties (hereafter referred to as "External Sites"). You acknowledge that Trinity Rental Pro, LLC is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any External Site. You should contact the site administrator or Webmaster for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such External Sites.
